Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls for a growing network of store locations, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly communication.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational productivity.
- Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service that reflects The Only Facial’s standards, values, and culture.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalated issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and a positive client experience.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Process client transactions and maintain accurate client records as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and other front office responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members across all locations to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience.
- Contribute to achieving company goals by supporting client retention, appointment optimization, and overall operational excellence across all locations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and phone system proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
