Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement corporate and operational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, onboard and supervise spa staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Develop Loyal client programs to enhance client retention.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment.
- Review financial reports and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory and adhere to supply budget to optimize costs.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Collaborate with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Aesthetician license
- Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong acumen of the Aesthetician role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
