What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Operations Senior Analyst, Buffalo Wild Wings position at Inspire Brands?
This position is responsible for managing supply chain related activity for sales and operations planning for key items in the Supply Chain. This position is also responsible for executing promotional and non-promoted activities to meet strategic objectives. This role will support both the full sports bar and the standalone Buffalo Wild Wing concepts.
This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Sales and Operations Planning activity for the Concept
- Work with the supply chain brand team to develop and execute comprehensive supply plans by collaborating with cross-functional core team, procurement team, distributors, and suppliers to ensure supply and minimize obsolescence risk
- Owns and presents to brand leadership as the supply chain subject matter expert on their assigned projects
- Manage a complex network of supplier and distribution partners so plans are executed to support major brand initiatives
- Develop and synchronize supply and demand planning with brand strategy
- Communicate supply needs to supply chain constituents
- Track, report, and follow-up on supply chain action plans, status, and results
- Identify and resolve issues where supply plan is compromised and/or action plans are not being followed
Liaison with Brand Finance/S&OP team and appropriate stakeholders
- Develop and present S&OP updates along with key topics to Brand teams
- Provide linkage to brand demand planning and financial integration process
- Establish priorities with procurement and distribution on base business initiatives
Support Operations
- Participate in planning and coordination of supply chain activities to execute non-promotional specification changes at brand
- Conceptualize and analyze complex business data
Pricing
- Partner with Procurement in receiving pricing
- Support pricing analysis
- Work with Buyer/Vendor on discrepancies
- Support recipe cost

EDUCATION & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- 2 or more years of Supply Chain experience preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Restaurant / Food Service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel
