Position description:
The Client Enroller Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional enrollment experience for our clients and their employees. This position combines customer service, consultative sales, and administrative accuracy while serving as an on-site representative of Inspire during employee benefit enrollments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and energized by working directly with people in a fast-paced environment where travel, overnight stays, and flexible scheduling are a regular part of the role. As the specialist gains experience, they will develop expertise in Inspire's enrollment process, educate employees on available benefits, accurately process enrollment data, and identify opportunities to offer ancillary products that enhance employee protection. This position offers a clear career path for high performers to advance into quality control leadership or a full-time sales role.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn the Inspire Benefits proprietary tax-advantaged and group health process
- Travel to site locations to assist in the enrollment of client employees
- Collaborate with other Inspire team members to ensure a successful enrollment
- Engage with senior leadership of client companies
- Sell ancillary benefits to enrolled employees
- Input data collected into the proprietary tools for quality submission
- Represent the Inspire Benefits brand to the public
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Resides in the Midwest or Southern region of US
- 2 years of sales experience, ideally in benefits, insurance, or financial services
- Currently licensed in Life & Health
- Ability and willingness to travel with overnights involved
- Embrace a potentially unpredictable work schedule due to timing of enrollments
- Demonstrated history of success
- Self-directed — does not need a manager onsite to perform
Preferred:
- B2B sales experience, ideally in benefits, insurance, or financial services
- Experience with self-funded, level-funded, or captive health plan solutions
- Existing network
- Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems
- Experience working in or with a company under $5M revenue
