The Opportunity: Licensed Psychologist (Hybrid)This is an excellent opportunity for a fully licensed psychologist seeking a hybrid work arrangement (both in-person and telehealth sessions) and the flexibility of a 1099 contract.Key Responsibilities:Provide evidence-based, individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population.Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews as needed.Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress effectively.Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.Collaborate with the Inspiration Wellness team and external providers as appropriate (e.g., primary care physicians, psychiatrists).What We Offer You:Exceptional Compensation: Competitive, variable pay split ranging from 50% to 70% of collected fees, commensurate with experience, specialization, and paneling status.Administrative Freedom: Full Office Support including billing, scheduling, client intake, insurance verification, and claims management.
