Dispatch Operator (Bilingual: Chinese & English)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatch Operator to coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Chinese and English and capable of managing vehicle movements while ensuring efficient and accurate dispatching.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from passengers and drivers. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams in both Chinese and English
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Coordinate and monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely and efficient service. Assist with issues such as delays, no-shows, rescheduling, reassignment, complaints
- Utilize dispatch management systems to assign, track, and update trips.
- Help manage airport pickups, schedule adjustments, and urgent matters
- Follow company SOPs and maintain clear communication. Provide professional customer service at all times
- Participate in AM/PM/weekend shifts as needed
Requirements
- Strong Chinese and English communication skills (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to multitask (phone typing system navigation)
- Strong professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transportation environment
- Comfortable with rotating shifts
Preferred Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transportation environment
- Familiarity with industry-specific dispatch or routing software
