Softball Coach – Academy Setting
Assist the high school staff of Inspiration Academy’s nationally ranked softball program in a Christ-centered environment of accountability & innovation.
Introduction:
At Inspiration Academy Softball we cater to many athletes ranging from 6th grade to 12th grade. We are a player development based academy where we strive to find the most optimal way to train athletes.
Our high caliber softball program looking to expand our staff. All coaches are welcome to apply, pitching coach experience is preferred.
Looking for a hungry learner who is self starting and has a high passion for softball.
You will work with Director of Player Development to implement daily practice plans including innovative statistical analysis and accountability for the program.
Coach a full slate of high school games in Florida. The program runs daily from August through early May with summer opportunities as well.
You will work with the student-athletes and lead a Christ-centered discipleship program that will help our students take the next step in their faith in Jesus Christ.

· Strong communication and recruiting skills needed
· Strong organizational skills needed
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Softball playing and or coaching experience preferred
You will work with the player development staff to create an innovative, competitive environment for the players. We are a small close knit community that seeks to grow together on and off the field with a focus on developing disciples of Jesus Christ.

The Location:
Bradenton, FL is a beautiful coastal community located on the gulf coast of Florida. Our baseball activities are based outside all year long.
