Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner for a part-time, on-site role, at least 3-4 times a week, at our Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, conducting wellness exams, and participating in preventative care initiatives. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to provide patient-centered care while emphasizing education and positive health outcomes. Timely charting and maintaining accurate patient records will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Nurse Practitioners, Nursing, and Primary Care
- Proficiency in Medicine and delivering care to patients aged 8 and above
- Commitment to patient-centered care and community health
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent degree a plus
- Experience in primary care or family practice settings preferred
