What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist-Home Health position at Inspira Home Health?
Summary: Provide therapy interventions/treatments to patients in a home setting. Including, appropriate utilization of treatment plans and assessment skills. Monitor carefully the patient status and progress towards goals as well as compliance with physician’s orders. Responsible for educating patients and caregivers while preparing the patient/caregiver for discharge as appropriate.
Position Specific Requirements:
- Demonstrates expertise in the delivery of patient care.
- Monitors and evaluates patient care outcomes.
- Understands and assures regulatory compliance issues..
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Texas Licensed as a Physical Therapist
