What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workplace Violence Specialist position at Inspira Health Network?
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Education, or related Behavioral Sciences degree program required.
B. Experience: Two years' experience in a hospital, social services program, teaching, or behavioral health/social work setting. Experience in working with patients with substance use/co-occurring disorders and complex medical needs preferred.
C. Certification/Licensure: Valid Driver's License required.
IS 100, IS 200, IS 700 within (6) months of hire.
Welle Certification required within 3 months of hire.
IAHSS Basic and Advanced Certifications within (1) year of hire.
Preferred: LBSW or LMSW, Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor
