What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic - Off Site Project Team - FULL TIME DAYS 7AM-330PM MON-FRI Woodbury position at Inspira Health Network?
MAJOR FUNCTION: Performs a variety of light construction, renovations and repairs duties in and around Inspira Offsite properties / buildings and grounds of Inspira Health, as assigned, including main Hospital Campuses.
QUALIFICATION:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent and trade school certification (after high school).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience required /5 years preferred, in maintenance/construction.
Certification/Licensure:
- Valid driver’s license required to operate any and all Inspira vehicles, and adherence to Inspira's Fleet policy.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of light construction as it relates to installing and erecting building components such as steel studs, ceiling track and tiles, drywall insulation, tapping and painting. Flooring install such as VCT and carpet tiles. Electrical such as install of new wiring, fixtures, switches and receptacles. Plumbing such as install of fixtures and piping. HVAC minor equipment install as well as minor ductwork install. Repairs to all above systems and components.
