What You'll Do
As a Founder in Residence, you will:
- Launch a new growth channel within Inspira
- Act as an owner of this new initiative from day one
- Build early traction: customers, revenue, and a repeatable growth engine
- Hire and lead a small, high-leverage team as the business scales
- Work directly with Inspira’s founders to leverage shared infrastructure, capital, brand, and operating playbooks

- Former founders only — you have started (and ideally scaled) a company before
- Strong operating training from rigorous environments such as:
- Consulting or investment banking
- High-growth startups
- Big Tech
- Product management, investing, or enterprise sales at top firms
- Exceptional analytical and leadership skills, demonstrated through education and experience
- Open to both commercial CEOs and technical CTO-type founders
