Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Brentwood, CA for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing direct supervision and guidance to therapists. Key responsibilities include collaborating with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care, monitoring client progress, and maintaining thorough documentation of treatment plans and data. You will play a vital role in enhancing clients' life skills, promoting independence, and supporting families through parent education resources and training.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Knowledge of Behavior Management techniques and strategies
- Experience in Parent Education and collaborative approaches with families
- Background in Psychology or a related field
- Must hold current BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in supervising and training ABA therapists is a plus
