The Opportunity

The Resort General Manager is the driving force behind the overall success of Verde Ranch RV Resort, leading its people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance while upholding CRR Hospitality's standards and culture.

This visible, hands-on leader will balance big-picture strategy with daily operations, from reviewing the P&L and coaching leaders to engaging with guests and solving problems. You'll know your people, understand your business, and set the tone for the entire property.
 
What You'll Lead

People & Culture

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and resort associates while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and develop future leaders, foster strong relationships across the resort and community, and consistently model CRR Hospitality's core values.

Resort Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Retail, Food & Beverage where applicable, and other departments.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, service, curb appeal, and property presentation while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the guest and associate experience.

Financial & Business Performance

• Own the resort's financial performance and annual operating budget, analyzing revenue, occupancy, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Develop strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term value while using data and business insight to make sound, timely decisions.

Guest Experience

• Champion a culture where exceptional service is the standard, build genuine guest relationships, and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
• Personally engage with guests, address concerns with urgency and professionalism, and use feedback to continuously raise the bar.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Attract, hire, onboard, coach, and develop talented associates who align with CRR Hospitality's culture and values.
• Create opportunities for career growth while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan.

Sales, Marketing & Community

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize occupancy, revenue, resort visibility, programming, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Build local community relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen Verde Ranch's reputation within the outdoor hospitality industry.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, with General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or similar environment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, and operational expenses.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service standards, and hospitality operations.
• Sound business judgment with the ability to translate strategy into action, make decisions, and take ownership of results.
• A people-focused, positive, and collaborative leadership style grounded in confidence, humility, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to developing others.
• A hands-on, adaptable leader who builds strong relationships, embraces continuous improvement, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the team needs you.
