Community Engagement Manager
This position is responsible for planning and executing companywide campaigns to connect employees to the culture and communicate the mission and values through various experiences and events. Through detailed project management plans, coordination of marketing and social media channels and a strong understanding of the culture and organization structure, this position will also report on success measures and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Community Engagement Manager
This position is responsible for planning and executing companywide campaigns to connect employees to the culture and communicate the mission and values through various experiences and events. Through detailed project management plans, coordination of marketing and social media channels and a strong understanding of the culture and organization structure, this position will also report on success measures and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Plans and executes employee engagement campaigns including creation of project plans consisting of goals, timelines, steps, required resources and personnel, budget and progress measures. Manages campaign or event execution, stakeholder communications and closure activities.
- Creates success measurements, reviews, analyzes, and reports on event objectives including feedback from stakeholders. Captures data to be used to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and makes recommendations for changes and/or enhancements.
- Conducts oversight of assigned volunteer committees to ensure implementation and participation in company-sponsored events and encourage employee volunteerism. Trains, maintains contact with and supports committee members.
- Consults with leaders to identify opportunities of support and professional development and to leverage community engagement, resulting in the promotion of the Insperity brand.
- Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides status updates and leads discussion at team meetings, assigns project responsibilities (with approval) to members of the team to accomplish overall event program goals.
- Manages volunteer event budget, provides event reports, and tracks volunteer hours.
- Communicates and promotes the mission and purpose of Corporate Citizenship at trainings and in the community.
- Designs and executes event program communications plans as needed, internally and externally. Works with the Marketing and Corporate Communications to promote corporate volunteer events and to create content and maintain social media presence for Insperity’s Corporate Citizenship activities.
- Supports other team members with event execution as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
- Four to five years of experience in related field is required. Prior event planning experience is required.
