Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support day to day operations of the Architectural Implementation Team. The role focuses on project coordination, quality control, data handling, and assisting in the delivery of inspection based outputs. This position works closely with the team lead to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project workflows from assignment to completion.
• Support quality control processes, including review of annotations, reports, and outputs.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and client ready outputs.
• Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues in project execution for review.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflow efficiency.
  
  

Software Proficiency

• Revit: Working knowledge for model creation, navigation, and review
• Rhino: Basic to intermediate modeling for geometry checking or reference
• Google Workspace / Excel: Strong proficiency in data tracking and reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional experience in architecture, construction, or project support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Clear communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and repetitive review tasks.
• Able to work in a fast paced, output driven environment
