Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion and oversee our operations in Berlin. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy in Germany, combining strategic business development, sales excellence, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing Inspekt AI's presence in Berlin, driving both top-line growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to expand Inspekt AI’s presence in Berlin, including market analysis, partnership development, and competitive positioning
  • Sales and Client Management: Lead sales efforts to secure new clients, nurture existing relationships, and achieve sales targets. Tailor outreach and proposals to meet the unique needs of the Berlin market
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Inspekt AI in Berlin, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the global team to leverage resources and best practices
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a local team to support business development, sales, and operations. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Berlin to inform strategic decisions
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Inspekt AI at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Berlin to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the tech or real estate sector, with a track record of achieving growth objectives
  • Strong understanding of the Berlin market, with existing networks and the ability to navigate the local business and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, fluent in German and English
  • Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, able to balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational requirements
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
