Financial Case Manager - Financial Case Manager (FCM)

Financial Case Manager (FCM): The Financial Case Manager position, using discretion and independent judgment, is responsible for coordinating the completion of timely and accurate financial services to include payments for: TTD benefits, settlements, OOP reimbursements, medical costs, and other transactions as requested by the Client. This position requires skill in planning and organizing financial transactions to be completed on time, as well as advanced communication skills to answer Client questions. The CM is responsible for all aspects of the Claim related to financial services, to include updated client instructions, narrative accuracy, and much more. Employee will be subject to other duties as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Maintain caseload, documentation and manage financial transactions at appropriate intervals.
• Gather necessary financial information pertaining to case needs and coordinate with Medical Case Manager as appropriate.
• Drive claims to complete assigned objectives and follow-up with Client as TTD schedules end to confirm extended schedule or claim closing.
• Ensure claims remain up to date with most accurate information.
• Select appropriate methods for completing financial transactions, factoring in financial fees, currency conversion, geographic, and other relevant factors.
• Complete weekly reviews for all cases currently open and assigned to ensure ongoing objectives are met. Mark claims for closure once objectives are met and no new additional work is needed.
• Review and send client invoices monthly and as claims close.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
