Accounting Clerk

This role requires someone with an eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and comfort in learning new technologies. This person will work closely to assist the Director of Finance in recording, reporting, and tracking financial activities.
Duties
- Creating entries in the company database (run on Quickbase)
- Work with Case Managers and Field Agents to verify hours and expenses tracked
- Assist with reviewing and sending out client invoices
- Prepare reports to send to clients
- Manage the operational calendar for the DoF, ensuring all scheduled payments are accounted for
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Skills
- Knowledge using Excel, Word
- Comfort learning new software (Quickbase, possibly Quickbooks)
- Careful use of grammar and formatting based on company standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
