- You can de-escalate a tense situation with ease and grace - working through a tough issue with an upset customer not only doesn't scare you, it's a challenge you're eager to take on.
- Learn the ins and outs of Inspectlet. Understand how to use every feature of the product.
- Answer 20-60 inbound customer requests daily and a few calls a week.
- Troubleshoot issues on customer sites and resolve product issues.
- Work directly with the product team to identify and report bugs, feedback, and changing trends in customer requests over time.
- Improve our user guide with new product information, answers to commonly asked questions, and walkthroughs for common customer requests.
- Treat our customers with respect and aim to impress them everyday.
- Strong writing skills and grammar. The vast majority of communication (with clients and with the team) will be written. You need to be able to write emails that are warm, friendly, and clear.
- Self motivated - You need to have an internal drive to stay on top of your work.
- Basic knowledge of how web applications work. You don't need to be able to code but need to be comfortable working with modern web apps.
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript. You'll be diagnosing issues (with the help of our tools) with customer websites and any experience in this area is preferred but not required.
