We are looking for a Bilingual Sales & Service Coordinator to join our growing Haven team in Tyrone, Pennsylvania.

This is an opportunity to use your English and Spanish communication skills every day while building valuable experience in customer service, sales, and relationship management.

You don't need previous sales experience. We'll teach you what you need to know.

What You'll Do

This is a customer service job that pays like a sales job.

You will spend your day on the phone helping people who have recently purchased a home and are navigating one of the busiest and most stressful parts of the process.

You'll help customers:

• Get their utilities switched
• Schedule internet service
• Book movers
• Set up home security
• Understand their service options
• Get answers to questions that come up during their move

You'll communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking homebuyers, making sure every customer receives knowledgeable, professional, and personal service.

These are not cold calls. Customers are expecting to hear from us.

Your job is to listen, understand what each customer needs, provide honest recommendations, coordinate their services, and follow through until everything is confirmed.

As a bilingual coordinator, you'll have an important opportunity to make the homebuying experience easier for Spanish-speaking customers.

You'll use your language skills to:

• Communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking customers
• Explain services and options clearly
• Answer questions and resolve concerns
• Build trust with customers and their families
• Help customers make informed decisions
• Follow up in the customer's preferred language
• Make sure important details are understood

You'll learn dozens of providers, products, promotions, and the situations that commonly come up around a move.

That includes understanding:

• Closing dates
• Service areas
• Transfers versus new accounts
• Utility requirements

We provide thorough training, and you're expected to keep learning.

Customers can tell very quickly whether they're talking to someone who knows their stuff.

You'll receive paid training, thorough coaching, and support from your team.

After that, you'll be responsible for managing your queue, following up with customers, keeping accurate records, correcting mistakes, and holding yourself to a high standard.

Schedule

We're hiring for coverage during:

Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM

Within those windows, schedules can take different forms.

Some team members work four 10-hour shifts and have three days off each week. Others work split shifts around family responsibilities or shorter days.

Your schedule is set with you in advance so you can plan your life around your work.

Pay & Earning Potential

Hourly pay monthly commission bonus programs

Most full-time coordinators earn $47,000–$63,000 per year.

Nearly a third of our team earns $75,000 to over $100,000.

Everyone receives the same leads and the same training.

Where you land in that range is determined by your work, results, and consistency—not your title or tenure.

QualificationsRequired

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple customers
• Willingness to study and master products, providers, and the moving process
• Ability to work primarily 2nd shift and Saturdays

Helpful, But Not Required

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Call center experience
• Experience working with Spanish-speaking customers
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software
• Experience in banking, healthcare, hospitality, education, retail, food service, or other customer-facing roles
• Any role where customers trusted you to handle important details

No sales experience is required. We will teach you everything else.
