We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, primarily vacant apartment units. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Duties
- Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties such as sanitizing surfaces and restrooms to ensure a safe environment.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment and assisting others as needed.
