Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Labor Hand position located in Midland, TX. The Labor Hand will perform various physical tasks, including handling and inspecting tools and equipment, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to strict safety guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading, labeling materials, supporting inspections, and performing general maintenance as needed. The role requires a proactive approach to safety and quality, ensuring all tasks support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
