Inspection Gator is seeking a Client Care Coordinator who enjoys providing thoughtful, high-quality customer service in a structured, service-driven environment. This role is primarily inbound and focuses on listening to clients, coordinating inspector schedules accurately, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and supporting both clients and teammates.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client calls and inquiries
- Coordinate and manage schedules for multiple inspectors with accuracy and attention to detail
- Explain available inspection services clearly so clients can make informed decisions
- Manage multiple active orders while keeping details organized and accurate
- Complete follow-up communication with clients and real estate professionals
- Document client interactions and collaborate with inspectors and internal team members

What We're Looking For
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 5 years of professional phone experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning internal systems
Preferred: Experience in the real estate industry or a related, time-sensitive field.
