Inspectify is a national platform that connects independent inspectors and surveyors with high-volume inspection work from institutional investors, property managers, and insurance carriers. We handle the client acquisition and the billing so you can focus on what you do best: inspecting properties.
Field inspectors (called Surveyors on our platform) can perform a range of jobs, from draw inspections to occupancy checks, without having a home inspection license.

How it Works:
- Claim a Job: View available inspections in your area and accept the ones that fit your route.
- Inspect with the App: Follow a clear, custom scope and capture photos/observations directly in the Inspectify app.
- Submit & Move On: Once you sync your data at the property, the job is complete. No back-and-forth with clients.
Partner Requirements:
To maintain the quality of our professional network, non-licensed surveyors must meet the following:
- Business Setup: Must operate as a business owner or sole proprietor (1099).
- Tools: Must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone capable of running the Inspectify app.
