We are hiring for the position of Part-Time Guest Service Coordinator at our Mill Creek location, a position that, based on initiative and performance, very often leads to the job of Spa Admin in our company.
The right candidate will be hands-on at the front desk, support our service professionals (massage, nails, waxing, facials) and be extraordinary with customer service. Candidate must be able to work the following shifts: Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 1pm-6:30pm.

Position Duties Include:
- Greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner, with ability to build guest rapport;
- Accurately scheduling and confirming guest appointments;
- Completing daily sales information and inventory as well as other administrative duties as assigned;
- Answering phone calls and emails;
- Maintaining cleanliness and well-organized environment;
- Informing Guests of new promotions and services;
- Selling Retail Products, Gift Cards, and our Rewards Membership;
- Communicating effectively with all team members and Spa Manager;
- Act as a positive ambassador of InSpa.

Qualified Candidates:
- 18 years of age or older;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Polished & professional in appearance and demeanor;
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced setting;
- Great at multi-tasking;
- Friendly, polite, courteous, & helpful;
- Punctual and dependable with excellent work ethic;
- Ability to be consistent with expectations and goal setting;
- Proficient computer (Microsoft Office preferred) and mathematic skills;
- Flexible schedule (We are open 7 days a week);
- Previous Retail, Hospitality, or Spa experience preferred, but not required.
