Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with IT Leadership and Corporate Accounting in managing the financial operations of a large IT portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual IT budget planning, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Track IT spend, perform variance analysis, and provide executive reporting
- Analyze vendor spend and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Reconcile invoices against contracts, SOWs, and purchase orders
- Partner with Accounting on accruals, allocations, and month-end close activities
- Support ROI analysis and business cases for technology investments
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to IT Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
- Knowledge of GAAP, accruals, allocations, and financial controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with vendor spend, contracts, and invoice reconciliation
Preferred
- IT Finance experience
- MBA
- Power BI, Tableau, or OneStream experience
- Vendor management or procurement finance background
