Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Jr. Project Scheduler. The Jr. Project Scheduler will assist project management teams in planning, scheduling, and tracking tasks and timelines for pipeline rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely task completion, analyzing progress data, and creating reports to update stakeholders. The candidate will help identify risks, propose timeline adjustments, and support project optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project scheduling software, tools, and techniques
- 1-year experience with Primavera P6, Project Scheduling, or Construction Project Management.
- Effective communication abilities and collaboration in remote team settings
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of pipeline systems or construction project management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
