We are currently seeking a Heavy Equipment - Field Mechanic to join our team in Johnston, RI.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the go-to expert for keeping our fleet and specialty equipment in top shape:

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment.
• Work with hydraulic systems, high-pressure water pumps, electrical components, and more.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the workspace and tools.
• Travel frequently to project sites across New England.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5 years of mechanic experience (heavy equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A or B (preferred).
• Comfortable with diagnostic tools, online systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes up to 70 lbs).
