Audit Manager

Ready to lead from the front?

A growing assurance practice is looking for an Audit Manager who wants ownership, influence and a genuine route into senior leadership.

You'll manage engagements, develop teams and become a key advisor to clients while working directly with Partners on the growth of the practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Review financial statements and complex audit workpapers
• Identify risks, technical issues and opportunities for clients
• Manage budgets, deadlines and engagement teams
• Coach and develop Seniors and Staff
• Work closely with Partners on complex client matters
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships
• Contribute to recruiting and practice development

What You Bring

• 5 years of public accounting audit experience
• CPA license preferred
• Strong GAAP and audit knowledge
• Proven engagement management experience
• Experience supervising and developing teams
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Commercial mindset and desire to progress
