Leasing Consultant Position Overview
Insite Property Solutions is a boutique full-service property management company seeking a Community Ambassador for our brand-new lease-up Eastrail Flats community in Woodinville, WA. The ideal candidate has prior leasing consultant experience or sales background with excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.
Responsibilities

• Tour prospects, lease apartments, and follow up with prospects
• Familiarize with all marketing aspects of the property including available units, rent rates, and move-in dates
• Inspect property and model/vacant units daily to ensure showable condition
• Organize Lease Renewal Program
• Maintain Lease Expiration Management Program
• Support residents with payments, maintenance requests, and property policies
• Adhere to Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity Employment, and Landlord Tenant Laws
• Verify rental applications are completed, signed, and processed timely
• Complete reports on traffic, market surveys, and apartment status
• Perform new home orientations and move-in/move-out inspections
• Create Resident Files, Rental Agreements, and complete paperwork

Qualifications

• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales abilities, phone etiquette, and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, motivated, and professional
• Able to achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines
• 2 years of residential/multifamily leasing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• 4-year degree or related coursework preferred; High school diploma required

Compensation Package

• $20-$24 per hour

• Leasing Bonuses: $150 per move-in

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Weekends required
• Flexible schedule with 2 consecutive days off weekly
