As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will lead the design, security, and ongoing optimization of the company’s cloud-first infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and built to scale as the business grows. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong security posture while continuously improving performance, reliability, and overall system health.
You will support an environment of 300 users, including 200 contact center staff with a focus on identity and access management, network performance, and zero trust security principles. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the environment, quickly identify gaps, and implement practical solutions that support both operational and business needs.
You will also play a key role in evaluating and expanding AI capabilities across the organization. This includes identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and ensuring those tools are implemented securely and responsibly within the existing infrastructure.
How you can be Exceptional in this role:
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra, managing identity, access, and security protocols across the organization
- Own and maintain the ThreatLocker environment, ensuring effective application control and zero trust enforcement
- Manage Ubiquiti network infrastructure, including segmentation and performance across multiple locations
- Oversee cloud application security configurations and access management
- Manage Egnyte environments, ensuring secure file storage, access, and governance
- Monitor system performance and proactively address risks to maintain uptime and data integrity
- Participate in and support on-call coverage to ensure consistent system reliability
How you will help us Succeed together:
- 5 years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure, network environments, and security administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and identity management best practices
- Experience with ThreatLocker or similar zero trust security platforms
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including Ubiquiti environments
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
- Working knowledge of Zero Trust principles, including least privilege, MFA, SSO, and conditional access
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI, NIST (CSF), and SOC 2
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and implement practical solutions
How you can Stand out:
- CISSP or CCSP certifications
- Experience supporting environments with 300 users across distributed teams
- Exposure to AI tools and interest in applying them within secure enterprise environments
- Experience managing or mentoring junior technical staff
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and ownership is expected
