Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the school-based ABA division from the ground up.
- Own P&L, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational frameworks.
- Lead RBTs and ABA providers, set clinical standards, and drive technology integration.
- Partner with school districts and key stakeholders to expand services.
- Launch pilot programs and create scalable protocols.
Required Experience:
- BCBA with relevant master’s degree.
- 12 years in ABA, 8 years in leadership/senior management roles.
- Proven track record building school-based ABA programs, ideally in New Jersey.
- Experience managing large ABA teams and integrating technology into clinical services.
