About the Role:
InSite Health is expanding its school-based behavioral health offerings with the launch of a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) division. We’re seeking a Director of ABA Services (BCBA) to lead the development, implementation, and growth of school-based ABA programs across K–12 settings. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about improving student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral health practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, launch, and management of school-based ABA programs.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency of services.
- Supervise and support BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals, fostering clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with school districts and administrators to align services with student and district needs.
- Develop and implement operational systems, data tracking, and reporting structures.
- Monitor program performance, KPIs, and budget utilization to ensure sustainability and growth.
- Integrate technology and innovative practices to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison between InSite Health leadership, clinical teams, and school partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a relevant master’s degree.
- 8 years of experience in ABA, including 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience developing or managing school-based ABA programs, preferably in New Jersey.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee multiple program sites.
- Strong operational and organizational management skills.
- Experience leveraging technology for clinical and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with district contracting, special education processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience scaling ABA services across multiple schools or regions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with educators and administrators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
