Role Description
Insinger is seeking a dynamic, engaging, and highly organized marketing professional for this full-time, on-site role located at our manufacturing headquarters in Philadelphia, PA,. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, managing customer relations and inquiries, collaborating with sales teams, and performing various administrative tasks. Additional duties may include scheduling, maintaining records, and assisting with communication efforts to support the company’s goals. Qualified candidates should have strong project management skills in addition to knowledge of creative software (i.e. Adobe Suite, Canva, Framer, etc.). The Marketing Administrator must also have the ability to travel occasionally (a few times per year) to coordinate trade and sales events within the United States.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or coursework in a related field preferred
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience providing marketing or sales support
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in or supporting creative teams (i.e. graphic design, PR, advertising)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun working environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, HubSpot, MailChimp, WIX, Framer, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AI tools, and CRM systems (SalesForce)
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- "Can do!" attitude with an eagerness to assist customers and sales reps
- Sales skills, including maintaining relationships, running reports, and supporting the sales team
- Proven administrative assistance capabilities to manage schedules, travel, and routine tasks
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with an attention to detail
- Advanced design skills (i.e. formatting documents, designing signage, 3D renders) a plus
