9th Way Insignia is seeking aSenior ETL Developerto support a government customer in Washington, DC.The Senior ETL Developer will support enterprise data integration, reporting modernization, automation, and analytics initiatives across multiple business lines. This position aligns to theEngineer 2professional level within 9th Way Insignia's career families and is expected to operate as a highly capable technical contributor able to support production delivery with limited supervision.

The Senior ETL Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, refining, and supporting ETL pipelines, data integration workflows, and transformation logic in support of enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making. This role supports delivery of scalable, maintainable, and efficient data integration capabilities across multiple business lines and works closely with senior developers, analysts, reporting developers, testers, and Government stakeholders to implement requirements in a production environment.
The Senior ETL Developer is expected to understand data modeling, source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, data quality controls, and the operational impacts of upstream and downstream changes. This role contributes to agile sprint execution, technical planning, documentation, and production support activities, and helps ensure technical solutions align with customer objectives, established standards, and enterprise data practices.
