Role Description
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for guests, handling day-to-day administrative and clerical duties, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Midland, TX. The role involves providing excellent customer service and clear communication to both guests and team members while maintaining a well-organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and managing appointments
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
- Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
