The Premium Parking Team Lead plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional, white glove experience for our premium guests in designated premium parking areas at State Farm Stadium. This position ensures smooth, efficient operations while upholding the highest standards of courtesy, professionalism, and guest care. Acting as the primary connection between the Parking Management Team and Premium Parking Attendants, the Premium Parking Team Lead guides the team, maintains service excellence, and ensures that every premium guest arrival and departure is seamless. This role reports directly to the Site Supervisor or Parking Manager.

Primary Job Duties
- Provide on-the-ground leadership to Premium Parking Attendants in assigned premium zones.
- Model and reinforce white glove service standards, ensuring all guests receive personalized, high-touch interactions.
- Ensure team members are informed, properly equipped, and executing their responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate and oversee setup and breakdown of premium parking equipment, including Premium signage, barricades, cones, and directional lighting.
- Greet and assist premium guests, offering clear parking guidance, answering questions, and providing concierge-level support.
- Act as the first escalation point for guest needs, feedback, or special requests in premium zones.
- Maintain a professional and polished service, setting the tone for the premium guest experience.
- Communicate regularly with Supervisors to report operational updates, guest feedback, or staffing needs.
- Support opening and closing procedures while ensuring premium areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Serve as a positive role model for the team, upholding Insignia's values and guest service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and resolve guest concerns with discretion.
- Previous experience in parking, events, or customer service strongly preferred
- Comfortable leading a small team and giving clear instructions
- Ability to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to work in extreme environments (ex: loud environments)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
