What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding Associate position at Insigneo?
The Onboarding Associate will be responsible for providing newly recruited investment professionals with a positive, helpful, and seamless onboarding experience.
Job Responsibilities/Main Functions
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients including Financial Advisors (FAs), Foreign Registered Investment Advisors (FRIAs), and Registered Investment Advisor (RIAs).
- Organize and coordinate “Day at Insigneo” events designed for client prospecting.
- Prepare prospecting documentation and formal contracts for new clients.
- Collaborate with IT, Business Intelligence, Compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Monitor and confirm completion of required training programs for new clients.
- Collaborate with Market Heads across multiple regions (United States, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, etc.) to develop and deliver prospecting materials and documentation.
- Drive various sales-related initiatives and projects from start to finish.
- Perform other duties, as necessary.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, and Capabilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Two (2) years of work-related experience.
- Strong ability to provide administrative support, with a client service focus and a commitment to respond requests promptly.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude, a team player, and proactive.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines on time-bound projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
