Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join Insights Counseling Group in a part-time, on site role in Auburn, CA. The Office Manager will handle day-to-day administrative duties, including managing office operations, assisting with office equipment, maintaining schedules, trception to clients and a support role to clinicians. This role includes both on-site and perhaps some remote work capabilities, allowing flexibility while supporting the office's daily functions and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and partners
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office management tasks, including scheduling and organizing
- Experience with office equipment and technology management
- Strong customer service skills to address client needs and resolve inquiries
- Ability to independently manage office administration and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with relevant software tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a counseling or healthcare setting is advantageous
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
