About the Job:
Seeking full time therapist to provide individual and family counseling to the population that we serve. Benefits of the job include:

- Competitive, bi-monthly pay. Position is compensated far higherthan community mental health and caseload is much more manageable
- Supervision provided-employees get paid admin rate for their participation in supervision
- No on-call or crisis services. We are not a crisis center and do not offer this to clients
- Flexible schedule with weekday hours. No late evenings or weekends required
- All billing/payment, scheduling, and administrative tasks completed by our full-time administrative support staff

Pre-licensed in the state of Colorado. Must be registered with DORA as a therapist candidate as LPCC
- Masters degree from accredited program

- Experience with working with children and adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, learning differences, and co-morbid mood disorders
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills including assertive communication
- Ability to maintain timely progress notes and treatment plans
- Interest in strong professional relationships with fellow team members
- Ongoing effort to increase multicultural competence and inclusiveness
Salary : $35 - $40
