About the role As a Software AE – Inside, you will act as the software extension of Insight’s Inside Sales Account Executives. We will count on you to develop and close new software sales opportunities, manage partner-aligned motion, and proactively grow software and services revenue. Along the way, you will get to: * Act as the software extension to Insight’s Inside Sales generalist Account Executives * Develop and close net new software sales opportunities independently and in coordination with Account Executives and support resources * Identify and create new software sales opportunities with Insight partners including, but not limited to, Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, VMware, Citrix, Adobe, Red Hat, and others * Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing client engagements across Insight’s software and services portfolio * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
