- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both hourly and salaried employees.
- Knowledge of Texas employment law and manufacturing/warehouse HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Success factorw preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
