What are the responsibilities and job description for the CT TECH position at Insight?
PART TIME 16 HRS/WEEK
PAY RATE: $26.00 TO $29.90 PER HOUR BASED UPON EXPERIENCE.
DUTIES:
1. Applies knowledge of CT while accurately performing an exam.
2. Provides quality patient care.
3. Performs procedures in an organized and efficient manner.
4. Operates equipment safely.
5. Participates in the education of Student Radiologic Technologists.
6. Participates in radiology performance improvement programs.
7. Processes information in the appropriate areas.
8. Instructs patient prior to all exams.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of a college or technical training program in Radiologic Technology.
LICENSURE, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION
Current license as Radiologic Technologist by Ohio Department of Health required. Certification in Radiologic Technology by ARRT required.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Broad knowledge in professional area and in radiology and CT.
Salary : $26 - $30
