JOB DESCRIPTION: Phone Coordinator The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer approximately 100 calls per day and properly direct phone calls and questions
- Schedule patient appointments
- Data Entry
- Insurance verification
- Other responsibilities/duties assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be organized and dependable
- Possess a positive, professional demeanor
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- EMR experience or similar computer experience
- Personable and empathetic to patient’s needs and concerns
- Highly self-motivated in providing exceptional customer service

Time Off
