Insight Therapeutic & Wellness Solutions is a growing outpatient group practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a full-time mental health clinician to join our team. This position offers a hybrid schedule, providing both in-office and telehealth sessions.
Our practice provides counseling services to individuals (ages 16 ) and couples. At this time, we do not offer family counseling, allowing clinicians to focus on individual and relationship-focused work.

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking clinicians who are:
- Independent, organized, and self-motivated
- Passionate about providing high-quality care to teens, adults, and couples
- Collaborative and supportive within a group practice setting
- Committed to maintaining a consistent weekly caseload and schedule
Clinicians who are eager to build and maintain an active caseload within a supportive group practice are encouraged to apply.
Our expectation is that full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of approximately 25–30 clients per week.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina license or associate/provisional license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Preference given to clinicians with a full, unrestricted license
- Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth sessions
- Comfortable working with individuals ages 16 and couples
- Availability to offer some evening appointments and occasional Saturday availability
- Willingness to maintain a consistent clinical schedule
