We are looking for motivated rising college seniors to join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship starting on June 1, 2026. Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field Have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 Available for the full internship duration from June 1 to August 7, 2026 Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site at our Charlotte office Responsibilities: Interns will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud, AI and Data technologies while supporting client-facing and internal projects. Activities may include: Exploring and building AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Prompt Engineering best practices. Designing and automating workflows with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Writing and optimizing SQL queries and basic programming scripts to support data analysis and integration tasks. Applying Azure AI Fundamentals knowledge to develop proof-of-concept solutions. Using Git version control to collaborate on code and manage project files. Participating in structured problem-solving sessions to address technical challenges. Engaging in proactive learning to stay current with emerging AI and data technologies. Required Skills: Understanding of core programming concepts and SQL. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted productivity tools. Experience or coursework in the Power Platform. Knowledge of Azure AI Fundamentals concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through structured solution approaches. Proactive learner with curiosity for new technologies. Ability to use Git version control for collaborative development. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic coding tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner. Ability to tactfully handle confidential documents and information.
