This newly created position supports a growing electrical department and offers exposure to a wide range of project types. Its an excellent opportunity for a designer with 47 years of experience who is passionate about developing construction-ready designs and growing toward a senior role in a collaborative, stable environment.
Compensation & Perks: Earn a base salary of $75,000$85,000, plus an annual bonus up to 10%, profit sharing around 10%, top-tier health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid overtime, and a benefits package that rewards your success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop lighting, power, and low-voltage systems for new construction and renovation projects.
- Create detailed construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare technical documentation and assist with cost estimating.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in electrical design.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Associates degree in Computer-Aided Design/Drafting or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial building projects.
- RCDD certification or low-voltage system expertise is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75,000$85,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, based on company performance
- Profit Sharing & Employee Ownership Contributions: Approximately 10% annually
- 401(k) Match: 25 cents on the dollar, up to 6% of salary
