Psychotherapist, Private Practice (2+ years experience required)

Insight Psychological Group believes that the best therapist is the cared-for and well-supported therapist. IPG creates a close-knit, warm environment with frequent scheduled and unscheduled opportunities for support and feedback from one’s peers and mentors in the practice. What gives the therapist strength to be the container for a client’s trauma or self-defeating misery is the sense of camaraderie with one’s colleagues and an assurance of safety at a practice that cares about them.

IPG is fundamentally a private practice setting, offering its clinicians a place to focus on their own caseloads using their own style of therapy, with all the benefits of being in a group, having all billing, overhead, insurance, and logistics fully taken care of.

We currently have availability in the Springfield office for a PT or FT psychotherapist who has at least two years experience in outpatient psychotherapy settings. Acceptable levels of clinicians include those who are fully licensed with a LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PsyD/PhD. or who possess an LAC/LSW/LAMFT, and we would provide regular ongoing supervision with one of our supervisors.

Compensation ranges from $45-$85/session depending on level of licensure, years of experience, and type of session.

• At this time we are particularly in need of clinicians who can work at least two-three evenings per week and can treat children and teens.
• The position is primarily in-person and requires a minimum of 10 hours per week. Clinicians who work 16 or more hours per week are eligible for full benefits.
• All therapists are W-2 Employees.
• Therapists accrue paid sick time and paid time off, 2-4 floating holidays, have continuing education reimbursement, and are entitled to partake of the practice’s benefits including: employer subsidized group Medical coverage, vision and dental coverage, life insurance, 401k with employer matching, HSA/FSA accounts, dependent care, pet care insurance and discounts, auto/home insurance discounts, Verizon mobile and Apple discounts, optional Identity Theft and 529 College Savings plans.

Clinicians who run groups receive between $150-200 per group depending on the size.

Continuing Education annual reimbursement begins at $375 annually and increases as a clinician conducts more visits per week.

Therapists at IPG have autonomy to practice psychotherapy in their own style with flexibility for manner of charting and record keeping. Therapists have the option to hone specialty treatment areas by emphasizing certain clientele within their caseloads.

Weekly group therapist meetings where we discuss cases provide additional supervision and feedback, as well as a sense of community and friendly peer support. The culture fosters increasing one's self-awareness and always looking to improve one's skills. The offices themselves are brand new, immaculate and spacious.

All overhead expenses and resources for building and maintaining a successful caseload are provided, including:

• Full featured HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform and client communication software
