- Provide detailed information about pest control services, pricing, and scheduling options to prospective and existing clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Enter customer data accurately into the company’s database using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM software.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with field technicians and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, service details, and follow-up actions to support efficient client communication.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant pest control solutions to maximize client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or call center roles, preferably within service industries such as pest control or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, data entry, and basic computer skills.
